REPORT TEST 11

INTRODUCTION

The aim of this report is to describe, analyse and evaluate the activities from the welcome day.
So as to recommend some improvements for next year´s event.

ACTIVITIES

The welcome day was an incredible resource for colleges to trigger their students’ interest in
meeting new people. Firstly, the day started with many introduction games, where they could
get the chance to learn a lot of names, change several times from the groups and interact with
almost everybody. After lunch, started the relaxed part of the day, not only some graduated
students’ testimonies were exposed, but also a director´s one took place. Giving some vision to
the newest students, of how it is going to be their life, for at least, some of their next months

EFFECTIVITY

So, in light of the above, I would say that with it and all the good comments received from the
evaluation online survey, it was a great success and very useful for them. At the end of the day,
a lot of new groups of friends could be seen having fun all around the collage.

RECOMMENDATION

I would recommend for next year´s welcome day to think about adding another activity for the
end of the morning when some students who had already done all the games were a little
bored. But apart from that, and basing my opinion on the great success this year´s one, I would
strongly recommend to repeat it, as it was.
