S OF
EDUCATION
“EDUCATION”

“EDUCATION ” is a way for people to learn about

themselves and their surroundings. ”Education is everything

along with growth; education itself has no final destination.

It is also an opportunity for people to explore their interests

and passions to find wat they are most passionate about in

life.

PHILOSOPHY:
In my opinion philosophy means “the love of

wisdom”. This is the study of the fundamental nature of

knowledge, existence and reality, especially when

considered as an academic discipline. Philosophy involves

Understanding of all phases of human activity. Philosophy

especially directs itself to the nature of knowledge and the

most basic concepts of human understanding and value:

morality, society, art and aesthetic experience, as well as

science, politics and religion.

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY:

The educational philosophy

suggests that specific knowledge and skills exist that all

people should possess. It emphasizes real-world problem

solving and individual development. An educational

philosophy asserting that schools, teachers, and students

should take the lead in addressing social problems and

improving society. It provides a basis for understanding the

nature and purpose of education. It allows us to consider

the questions that are the heart of education. Such as, What

is the purpose of education? How should students be

taught?

TEACHING:

“TEACHING” can be defined as

engagement with learners to enable their understanding and

application of knowledge, concepts and processes. It

includes assessment, content selection, delivery, design and

reflection. A teacher requires not only knowledge of subject

matter, but knowledge of how students learn and how to

transform them into active learners.

LEARNING:

“ LEARNING ” can be defined as “a process that

leads to permanent change in behaviour that occurs as a

result of experience and practice and increases the

potential for improved performance and further learning” An

individual starts learning immediately after his birth. Any

activity can be called learning so far as it develops the

individual and experiences different from what would

otherwise have been. The term learning covers every

modification in behaviour or of the strengthening or

weakening of old behaviour to meet environmental

requirements.

STUDENT TEACHER RELATIONSHIP :

“A student-teacher relationship in the classroom is a

positive relationship between the teacher and the student in

efforts to gain trust and respect from each other.” This

relationship may consist of getting to know your students

better, providing choice and encouraging the students to

become stronger learners every day.
