2) Greek Yogurt Raspberry Frosting

List of Ingredients:
¼ cup fresh raspberries
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup confectioner’s sugar

Methods:
1. Puree the raspberries in a blender until smooth and pour into a medium
bowl.
2. Add the yogurt, vanilla, and sugar. Whisk with a mixer until smooth.
3. Use the frosting on cakes.
