D. TEACHER’S SELF REFLECTION OF THE SESSION
At the end of the session, results of the performance of the trainees will be evaluated.
If the results are not good ask the trainees of the problems they’ve encountered. Identify what part is difficult to perform. This will allow the trainees to suggest
trainer intervention to help them better understand and guide them to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in their performance.
Trainees should focus more on consistency in applying essentials of welding to have good weld and an effective welding technique.
