✓ Leaking on mechanical seal ( Replace )
✓ Replace impeller
✓ Replace shaft
✓ Replace bearing ( 2 ea )
✓ Replace rubber gasket front door & rear door
✓ Alignment
n) Engine ready
✓ Radiator need service

➢ For pump no.016 the condition is ready to work, because it can be reached by 4 x 4
vehicle and for moving to inlet pip a lifting equipment device in the from of excavator
is needed
➢ For pump no.05, 06, 07. There is no reed access to the pump house. So it is not
possible to bring parts to the location and during pump work an excavator stand by
unit is needed to help lift
➢ Estimation work for 1 week/ unit
