INTRODUCTION
The need for a physical health information system arises from the growing complexity of
healthcare data and the desire for individuals to take an active role in managing their health. The
system will empower users with tools to track their fitness progress, monitor chrome condition,
and make informed decisions about their well-being it will also facilitate seamless communication
with healthcare providers, improving the overall quality of care.

User- Scope and delimitation for this “Personal physical health information system
among first-year students BSIT
Target Population- the study focuses on first-year students enrolled in the Bachelor of
Science in Information (BSIT) program at Occidental Mindoro State College
Mamburao campus.
Date Collection- the study will collect personal physical health information from
selected first year BSIT students, including data related to their overall health, physical
activity, dietary habits and any existing medical condition.
Information System Design- the project proposal will involve the development and
implementation of a personal physical health information system specially tailored to
the needs of the first year BSIT students at the mention college.
Data Privacy- The study will address issues related to data privacy and security to
ensure that the collected health information remains confidential and complies with
relevant regulations and ethical considerations.
Delimitation
Time Constrains- The study’s data collecting and analysis are limited to a specific

Motherboard-This is a printed circuit board that holds the central processing unit (CPU)
And other essential hardware and function as a central hub that all other hardware
components run through.
CPU- the CPU is the brain of the computer that processes and executes digital
instruction from various programs; its clock speed determines the computer's
performance and efficiency in processing data.
RAM- Ram or dynamic RAM is temporary Memory. Storage that makes information
immediately accessible to the program; RAM is volatile memory, so stored data is
cleared when the computer powers off.

temporary data in different formats, including programs, Oases, device files, photos,
etc.
Solid-State Drive(SSD)- SSDs are solid–state storage devices based on NAND flash
memory technology, SSDs are non-volatile, so they can safely store data even when the
computer is powered down.
Optical Drive-Optical typically resides in an on-device drive bay; they enable the
computer to read and interact with nonmagnetic external media, such as compact disc
read-only memory or digital video discs.
