Details

Role and Responsibility:

• Handle customer queries over calls and emails


• Provide first time resolution to the customers.
• Create Inquiry, Service and complaint tickets against each call
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer and Microsoft Excel.
• Good in problem-solving skills, analytical skills and logical reasoning.
• Committed towards assigned responsibilities.
• Quick learning skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines on
assigned KPI’s.
• Open to work on all Bank Holidays and Sundays.
• Flexible to work in Shifts, including late Shifts and Night

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate)

Skills and experience:

• Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience


Salary offered: 3.2 LPA Max
