    Dearest Mother Chiara,

    Viva Gesu e Maria!

    I am very happy to take this chance to send my greetings to you for the first time as we celebrate the
    150th year of our Institute. I am novice Unissa of FIL-PNG Province and a past pupil of our Salesian
    Sisters. I can only thank the Lord at this moment of my formative journey for re-directing my life plan
    through our Blessed Mother, Mary.
    Thank you for the acceptance and trust you gave me to be part of this wonderful congregation which is
    truly born of the love of the Father and inspired by the wisdom of Our Lady, as what our Founder Don
    Bosco would always say that without the guidance of Our Lady all wisdom is foolishness.

    Experiencing this milestone in the history of our Institute, is indeed, a memory to behold for me- a
    memory that I can look back from the window of my heart with awe and wonder like that of our origin-
    our humble beginnings. Mother Mazzarello has reminded me of only one thing and that is to fixed my
    gaze to Jesus on the cross always.
    I am praying for you, Mother and also the Council. Please remember me when you talk to Jesus that I
    may also grow and persevere in holiness and goodwill as I discover the depth of His love for me.
