 Begin the lesson by playing a short
audio clip of a famous singer and ask
the students if they can recognize the
difference between this voice and their
own speaking voice. Explain that
today's lesson will help them
understand these differences better
and use their voices effectively.

 Show visual aids of vocal cords
and explain that these are what
allow us to produce sound.
 Play audio clips of various scenarios
(example: a news reporter speaking,
a singer performing, a child talking
to their friend) and discuss with the
students the differences they hear in
the voices.

will learn about the volume of sound in
music. Compare volume in music to the
volume control on a TV or radio,
emphasizing that music can be loud or
soft, just like the volume on their devices.

varying volumes and ask the students to
match each instrument to the appropriate
visual.
