Findings:
Atrophy of cerebral hemispheres with gyriform cortico-subcortical (tram-track)
calcification are seen. Intra and extra axial CSF spaces are dilated.
Also, cortical calcification at the right occipital lobe is visible without sign of
atrophy.
The midline structures are normal. No loss of the grey-white matter junction is
seen. The orbits have a normal appearance and the paranasal sinuses and mastoid
air cells are clear. No bony abnormality is seen.
Conclusion:
Atrophy of cerebral hemispheres with gyriform cortico-subcortical (tram-track)
calcification are seen. Intra and extra axial CSF spaces are dilated, findings are
concerning for Sturge-weber syndrome. Deferential diagnosis include TORCH
infection.
