COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY BRAIN REPORT

SUPRATENTORIAL
Cerebral parenchyma showed normal CT attenuation. No focal or diffuse lesions. No obvious parenchymal haemorrhage / contusion. No evidence of mass lesions or abnormal calcifications. No midline shift. Lateral and third ventricles appear normal in profile and attenuation. Supra Sellar and other basal cisterns appear normal. Cortical gyri and sulci appear normal. Extra-axial spaces appear free. No evidence of any haemorrhage or mass lesions.

INFRATENTORIAL
Cerebellar parenchyma showed normal CT attenuation. No focal or diffuse lesions. Brain stem appear normal. No focal or diffuse lesions. No parenchymal haemorrhage / contusion. Fourth ventricle appear normal in profile and attenuation.

BONES, ORBITS & PARANASAL SINUSES


Bony calvarium appears normal. No obvious fractures. No evidence of any sclerotic or lytic lesions.

IMPRESSION
Essentially normal study of brain parenchyma.
Suggested: Clinical correlation and follow-up / further evaluation if clinically indicated.
