PAYMENT TERMS : 50% downpayment and 50% upon completion and delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Processing of the order should start after receiving the signed quotation, layout, confirmation of finished and downpayment.
NON-VAT: Price quoted is NON-VAT Exclusive.
Cheque Payments for balances / full payment must be cleared first before items will be released.
Price validity within 10 days, subject to confirmation thereafter.
Penalty of 1% on unpaid items for each day of delay after due date (except holidays and weekends).
Stock availability may vary without prior notice.
Returns & cancellation: Penalty of 50% from the total contract on all items returned prior to delivery and installation or completion.
NO return policy if the item/s being delivered is due to change of mind after completion.
Indent order/s and customize items: Cancellation later than 2 hours on the day after the confirmation is transmitted will be subject to a cancellation
charge of 50% from the total contract.
Damage Return:All damage item/s must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery/completion and it is subject for inspection and evaluation.
All items delivered shall remain property of BB Furniture Manufacturing until fully paid by the client.
Products and services if damage caused by an accident, calamity, improper use, abuse, alterations,scratches, dents, repair done by other person
rather than BB staff, warranty therefore is void. Fabric, Leatherette, Mesh and the likes is not included in the warranty.
