Quantifying the shift from ftf to online promotion strategies among young sellers at

Arellano University.

In essence, the party involved in a sale and buy transaction has the option to
keep the agreement in place or terminate it. With the establishment of khiyar rights,
Islam has found a way to make it easier for consumers to conduct buying and selling
transactions. In a sale and purchase transaction, khiyar is required so that the parties
involved can uphold the interests of their needs and foster cooperation on both sides to
prevent losses. The most frequent occurrence is in online buying and selling
transactions because there, face-to-face interaction was not possible. The goal of this
essay is to clarify and inform anyone who engages in buying and selling activities,
whether those activities take place in conventional marketplaces or online, about how
crucial it is to employ khiyar in those activities in order to avoid losses. Interviewing the
parties who canceled the sale and buy agreement was the method employed in this
work. As a result of this writing, it is clear how many participants in a transaction suffer
losses because many sellers are dishonest or are unaware of the damage to the things
they are selling. In conventional markets, this frequently occurs, leaving consumers
feeling perplexed when they purchase it. (Azma et al., 2023)
 The participants revealed that online sellingis a source of fun and income.
Asidefrom their usual income from salary, participantsclaimed that in online selling, one
can get extrarevenue from it. It can also be a source of funand enjoyment. As one does
their regularactivities at work, an online seller pursues sellingonce they step outside of
their work premises.This is not seen as a burden but an additionalsource of fun
especially when one enjoys doingit.Various participants exposed their enjoyment
ofearning a little in online selling.“One does not earn a lot in online selling butwhen you
save the profit, it can save yourlife. Online selling is just an extra source ofincome.”
(Participant 7).“I earn extra by doing online selling. I canbuy other things I need and
want by usingthe profit I make from online selling.”(Participant 5).“When we started our
surprise business, wegot Php 15,000.00 on hand. From that, themoney blew up.”
(Participant 2).The statements emphasized that online sellingcan be an additional
source of income and fun.Since social media has become the newplatform, tools and
technology for any businessto become successful , it has become a trendfor sellers to
do selling online. People are easilyinfluenced to buy online by simply viewingreviews
and comments of buyers about it .Social media marketing is getting more and
moresignificant and popular because it brings a lot ofmodest advantage and benefits to
the sellers. Thus, this becomes an opportunity forsellers to gain profit from doing online
sellingsince a lot of people are patronizing onlineshopping or buying. (Nolasco et al.,
2022)
