The Department of Education on its aim to integrate ICT in the New Normal set up of education is very
evident. In line with this, the undersigned would like to request permission from your good office to conduct
a School-Based Learning Action Cell on Date at 8:00 am -4:00 pm to be held at the Grade ___ Room of
_______________________ School. The participants/members in this activity are the faculties of

The objectives of the said LAC SESSION are the following:


At the end of the session, the participants will be able to:

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE LAC SESSION & LEGAL BASIS


Information and Communication Technology has become an indispensable tool in enhancing the
students’ learning capabilities. As agents of change, teachers provide knowledge and facilitate learning.
Teachers who embrace ICT in teaching provide meaningful learning experiences to the students. It is
imperative that teachers are exceptional models in implementing the ICT integration program. They
have to show that they are proficient users and teachers of ICT. ICT integration in the Department of
Education is very evident even before the pandemic. This learning action cell will be an avenue to
support this program of DepEd. With the use of updated Microsoft powerpoint presentation, the efforts
of the teachers in creating their video lessons will become easier and faster. Also, it will boost their
capability to use, incorporate and integrate ICT in their teaching career. Lastly, this LAC Session is a
response to the recently concluded 2023 Virtual INSET.

IV. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
1. Use PowerPoint Presentation in creating video lesson for the pupils.
2. Update the Microsoft 365 account of the teachers in their respective laptops.
