BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOSCIATE – HANDOUT

WORKING HOURS

The defined working hours of the company is from Wednesday to Sunday. Saturday and Sunday are the most important
days as they are revenue Days. IMPORTANT POINTS -

• If at all you have a client meeting scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, it would be beneficial for you to conduct a
meeting and Close that Sale then and there itself, because delaying things might affect your results.
• If you are hiring Interns, so even if you have off days on Monday and Tuesday, make sure your interns are
working for you. (Working of Interns – Monday to Saturday with Flexible Timing)
• Despite of having a defined working Hour, your Job responsibility is more TARGET oriented than TIME
oriented, at the end of the Day Closing 5 Sales will matter more than the time invested by You.

THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE
Make sure you are very well versed about all the products (Training Program, Healthcare Training) that are provided by
us. “Knowledge is Halfway through the Battle” - The more you know about the product the better way you will be able
to handle the Client’s Question.

• I will be sharing the Study Material for each and every product, make sure you going through it thoroughly.

OFFER LETTER
The offer letter given to you at the time of training is that of a “Business Development Associate” itself, there is no need
of an additional offer letter as the original letter is thoroughly well versed with all the terms and conditions.

• IMPORTANT – Although this Handout summarizes everything in Detail, it is preferred that you read the offer
letter by yourself in detail.

BDA – On boarding

PROBATION PERIOD
Your probation period ends on 3 months from the Date of your Joining as a BDT.

• For Example – Your DOJ as a BDT is 12th August 2023 then your probation will get over on 12th November 2023

These will be generated based on your preference, your skill set and recommendation of the Manager.
BDA – BUSINESS MODEL

1) Cross Exchange – Exchanging your refurbished or already used leads among other Associates.

2) B2B – Getting connected with Business to Business Clients to widen your space

• MR/MB – Collaborating with Pharmacy College


• Healthy Future – Collaborating with Schools
• Business Colleges – Collaborating for Interns

3) CRM – Generation using free CRM tools, training will be provided, manually or virtually.

4) Intern Training – Hiring and Training Interns and Getting them the Sales done for you (If you are opting for this model
then you will have to target more than 5 Sales)

5) Chain Marketing – Connecting with your previous clients, getting leads and references from them.

6) Job Posting - Generating Leads from Job Post in Bulk (Official Mail ID will be provided)

7) Personal – If you have any other personal business approach we are free to welcome it.
INTERN TRAINING / MEETING
You can either Hire Intern by Posting Job, or you can take Resumes and call them r you can Hire Interns from your
personal Space as well.

• Make sure you are describing the Terms and Conditions properly to them.
❖ For Undergraduate – Lead generation with SALE (Optional) – Pitch Certificate and Stipend (On Sale)
❖ For Graduates – Lead generation with Definite Sale (Over Pitching or more than one Sale) - Pitch Job
Offer.
• Make sure you have a good connect with these candidates as these will be determining your fate.
• The training of all the Interns will be done in Bulk by me. (Make Sure they are attending the meet)
• Remember “ONE GOOD INTERN IS BETTER THAN 10 BAD ONES”

SALE WORKING
In your call pitch, make sure you are giving them a Gist of the Product, be specific with your candidates, try to be
friendly and build a relation with them. Conclude your call by taking permission to further communicate on Whatsapp
and booking a Mentorship Round with me, in this mentorship round I will explain them everything about the product.

• Promise them certain freebies from our Side – Recorded Session, Mentorship, Live Class and Webinar.

SALARY DISTRIBUTION / LOSS OF PAY / PIP (PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN)

CASE 1: If 5 sales are happening within 30 days, you will be getting Rs 25,000 as fixed salary for it.

CASE 2: if more than 5 sales are happening, in that case for each additional Sale you will be getting Rs 2000.

CASE 3: If you have less than 5 Sales, there will be direct deduction on your fixed salary. (The deduction will be based on
the nature of the Sale and number of Sale)

CASE 4: In case of ZERO sales, you will go under PIP – Performance Improvement Plan, condition is:

• You have to crack at least 3 Sales by the end of 15 day time period, failure of which might lead to your
termination.

TERMINATION
Your inactivity might lead to your termination subject to POINT No. 15 (CESSATION OF EMPLOYMENT :), Clause ‘a’
(Termination for Cause), sub clauses no. (VI) and (XII) of your OFFER LETTER.
