extension your students. I am applying for the post of Adjunct Lecturer – Performing Arts.

I was last employed as the Worship Director of Highpoint Church SVG. As the Worship Director
I was highly valued as a consistent and effective support to the Pastor and team. I supervised,
coached and spiritually directed the worship team and musicians. Weekly, I musically directed
the worship experiences, while using various software to enhance the worship. I learned how to
manage different personalities while developing impeccable organizational and leadership skills
which would be synergistically applied to enhance my contribution to the Institution’s success.

I am a young, energetic and diligent Musician/Musical Coach with the drive and ability to excel
at any task that I undertake. My expertise in Musical Arrangements, Stage Performance, Music
and Vocal Coaching, Events Planning and Music Consultant has given me a wealth of
knowledge in bringing out the best in every artiste and aspiring artiste. This allowed me to work
with many of our local and international Artiste to enhance the delivery of their product in one or
more of the above-mentioned fields. I have worked with Artistes such as: The Melisizwe
Brothers, Kiokya Cruickshank-Jack, Rodney Small, Darron Andrews, Collin Peter and the Hub
Collective, Bridget Blutcher, The Band TOUCH, Blessed Messenger, DJ Nicholas, Jaron Nurse,
Positive and Tasha Cobbs.

It has always been my dream to be able to shape the young generation of Artiste in St. Vincent
and the Grenadines hence the reason I seek to give them a platform to display their skills and
expertise at my annual event Je T’aime, while sharing techniques and pointers I’ve learned over
