A letter of complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I recently ordered


from your shop and also the poor quality of customer service I received.

On 10th July, I visited your online shop and ordered a dress. The site
promised that my order would be delivered in three working days, but it
actually took over a month for the dress to arrive. That was three weeks later
than promised. During that time, I contacted your company on the phone
several times and explained the problem, but the customer service
representative was rude and unhelpful. When the dress finally arrived, there
were further problems. It was a smaller size than the one I ordered and the
dress was slightly torn.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for several years. I insist on you
replacing the dress with a new one. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
