Is it better to look after young children at home or to

send them to a nursery?

Nowadays, many parents face many choices. They wonder what is best for their children.
One of these choices is whether to send their children to a nursery or to look them after at
home. There are some pros and cons that they have to consider before their decision.

There are certainly advantages to caring for young children at home. For one thing, they are
in a comfortable familiar environment and they will feel calmer. Besides this, nobody will care
for the child more than the parent. In the nursery the people will take care of the whole group
of children, there will be no special care for your kid.

However, there are also some negatives to caring for young children at home. Firstly, you
will have to take on extra responsibilities. If you send your child to a nursery you will have
the opportunity to go to work and earn a good salary. Secondly, there can be social issues. If
the child is locked up with his mother at home all day, he will not be able to communicate
with his peers. After a while, when he starts going to school, he may have adaptation
problems.

All things considered, if you send your child to a nursery he will develop good
communication skills, he will be much more social and he will know how to share.
Nevertheless, if the parents take adequate care of their child and look him after, he will have
a strong connection with his family. So, what is the best option? For me, this is a decision
that you and your family need to make together.
