Hello and congratulations,

You just got yourself an exclusive method that was discovered by Reported and
Reported alone.

1.Go to http://everki.com/index.php?/Products.html & pick out a laptop bag. For

this method I'll be giving you steps for the Advanced Laptop Bag 16"

2. Contact them via Email - http://everki.com/index.php?/contact.html

Post your actual email, put a real or fake name, make the department "US Customer
Service", Make the subject what you'd like, make the message something related to
the strap/sling being broken and whenever you attach it to your bag it falls apart,
make the priority "high", then complete the anti-spam code.

3. Once you send them the email you should get two automated emails regarding the
ticket.

4. Then once a support member contacts you they'll request a receipt, picture, and
the model number. Generate a receipt with AstroProof if you have it. Take a picture
of just the strap or the entire bag from a youtube video or anything like that. In
this case the model number is EKB407NCH.

5. They'll then respond saying they'll send you a replacement strap and they'll
request a shipping address. Simply saying that you thought the reason for it
messing up was the bag as a whole so you threw it away and today is trash day. So
the garbage men took it.

6. They should then request an invoice and the shipping address and say they're
shipping you a new laptop bag.

7. Simply send them the original receipt you created and give them the shipping
address. Since you said you threw it away they won't request the bag so they don't
bill.

8. If they keep requesting you send it to them say that you can't send it to them
through the ticket, because it won't allow HTML files which your receipt is. So
take a screen shot of it and give them the link. I recommend you use Gyazo.

9. Once they see the image of the receipt they should send the bag to you.

EXTRA INFORMATION:
Their warranty states that if you have a faulty bag that they don't have in stock
or they stopped selling it they'll give you another bag to replace it. So it can be
much more easier than doing this, but I don't see any discontinued bags.
