It turns out Revelation didn't bother

moving the threads from four months ago:

Have you heard of Eye-Fi? Most people haven't. It's a revolutionary idea which
takes form in an SDHC card. It allows you to upload photos and geotag them directly
from the SD card. No more taking out the card is required. It creates its own
Wireless Hotspot for you to connect to and download the photos. This comes with an
iOS and Android app.

1. Contact customer care: http://support.eye.fi/contact-support/

2. Get on the Contact Form

3. Once youre on the contact form, choose your camera make and model

4. Fill in your Given Name, Surname, Email and Phone Number

5. For the Incident or question summary, say Defective card

6. In the description of issue field, use the following checkpoints below:

-You were taking pictures with your camera at home
-Your camera suddenly told you to format the card
-You put the card inside your laptop and when you opened up the cards window, it
crashed
-Windows told you to format the card
-You booted up a photo recovery software of your choice and it recovered a few
photos
-It lost all your anniversary/Christmas/festive/wedding photos
-You have to resort to an average card which is not suitable for recording videos
-Ask for assistance

7. They should ask you whether you formatted your card or not and requests for
proof of purchase. Say that you formatted your card with your camera when you
bought it and you were able to take pictures up until the error was introduced.
Generate an Amazon receipt, being sure to edit out the copyright on the footer to
2012 and changing the sellers name from Amazon to some other seller. Make sure
everything corresponds with the memory cards sales page on Amazons website,
although I doubt theyll check.

8. They will (hopefully) reply asking for shipping details. Fill it in.

9. Send the old card back to them as instructed in the previous email or else you
will be sued. Naa, Im joking. Feel free to chuck the provided envelope away.

10. Success!

Thanks for reading.
