first you need these cards

but when filling in the address put in your drop house

then call nike and tell them your fuelband isnt working ( be creative) when asked
for the serial number tell them that it is smeared to the sweat or whatever, i
rather you guys find the s/n algorithm so this excuse doesnt get raped

when asked if you want AR say yes and when asked to give your CC say that you
recently moved and that the billing address is ( the one you put in the green dot)
and your shipping address is your house or whatever

they use AVS to verify the card is legit and your done
