into 3 important parts:

Part 1 will show you The 5 bad

practices you should STOP if you
want to master your listening
comprehension!
I will explain the mistakes, why
these practices are bad for you
and I even prepared some
videos and activities for you to
practice the right way and
understand the problem with the
bad practices. There is a booklet
for each bad practice with a
summary of the video plus some
video activities in some of them.

In part 2, you will find videos

and booklets to show you the 5
GOOD practices you should
follow. You will have some
exercises as I explain the good
practices so that you can
implement the changes you will
learn here.

PART 3 - BONUSES
Part 3 will help you keep using the GOOD practices you
learned here.
1. A 7-Day Listening Plan - 7 different listening exercises so
you can keep using the strategies you learned here.
2. A list of recommendations of YouTube Channels you should
use, podcasts you should listen to (which are short) and
