1)Mr. Duterte uses a combination of different leadership skills characterized by firmness in decisions,
taking responsibility for all actions made and the ability to accomplish the desired outcomes. He is a
transactional leader with charisma to the masses. He actively monitors the work performed by
subordinates and executes corrective actions if deviations from expected standards occur. He is an
entrepreneurial leader, a risk taker, and a negotiator

1)He is a strategist on par with Lelouch, and the only person Lelouch was unable to beat in chess as a
child. Charismatic and manipulative, cunning and ruthless, Schneizel is widely regarded as Lelouch's
greatest adversary, including Lelouch himself, and the Prime Minister serves as one of the primary
antagonists of the series, particularly in Season 2, where he becomes the series' final antagonist.

he really take responsibly for he owns action without any second thought. This affect Philippines
because sometimes if we have a weak people they can easily be manipulated. as for sir a

of the smart guy I know as a smart guy he manipulated other people so he can change things the way he
like it.

3.) Well, this is a tough question because if you ask me if I have those qualities, well I would probably say
no. How can acquire it? Well, it’s easy you don’t you need to have some good dna for this and have a
good parent if you have those well good luck because being a smart guy and fearful guy is not always a
good trait.
