Deliver the initial project timeline, detailing all milestones and deadlines, within the first month of the
KR1 project.

Ensure that 90% of project milestones are completed on schedule as per the established timeline over the
KR2 two-year period.

Maintain a project budget that is within 5% of the allocated funds throughout the entire project duration.
KR3

O2 Secure Community Buy-In and Support for New Bus Lines

Conduct surveys and engagement sessions resulting in at least 70% of surveyed community members
KR1 expressing support for the new bus lines within the first year.

Obtain endorsements from local community leaders and organizations for the project, with at least 10
KR2 influential endorsements gathered within the first 18 months.

Organize public hearings and feedback sessions with a minimum attendance of 300 community members,
KR3 with 80% expressing favorable opinions on the proposed bus line locations within the first 15 months.

O3 Ensure Compliance with Government Regulations

Establish a dedicated regulatory compliance team and develop a comprehensive checklist of all relevant
KR1 government regulations within the first six months.

Complete and submit all necessary permits and approvals to relevant government agencies at least two
KR2 months before the project construction begins.

Ensure zero major regulatory violations or penalties throughout the entire project duration.

O4 Connect Densely Populated Areas and Improve Ridership

Design and finalize bus line routes to connect at least 80% of the most densely populated areas in Wonder
KR1 City within the first year.

Monitor and report an average 10% increase in ridership on the new bus lines within the first 18 months of
KR2 operation.

Conduct quarterly surveys to assess riders' satisfaction and achieve an average satisfaction score of at least
KR3 8 out of 10 within the first two years.
