Introduction (10 min.)
To start off the class, I will be presenting a chart that shows numbers, and I will let the
students read the numbers, and try to cover the other one, and let them read it again.
Body (10 min)
The lesson will be presented, and the students will ask different kinds of questions.
The students will be divided into two groups. Each group will be given a number in which,
they need to post it in the board. The students will classify if it is in Once, Tens, Hundreds,
Thousands, Ten Thousand, Hundred Thousand.
After posting, the students will be going to settle down, and I will be going to identify if they
answered everything correctly.
Conclusion (10 min)
The students will going to answer the activity that is presented
They are going to identify if the given numbers are in Once, Tens, Hundreds, Thousands, Ten
Thousand, Hundred Thousand in order for me to know if they really understand the topic.
I will then ask them the following questions:
Why is it important to know the place value of a number?
Is it necessary to put the numbers in their right position?

I will then explain the importance of knowing the place value of the numbers.
