HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

The patient’s mother came with her daughter with the issues that her
daughter is behaving strangely from last few months .She don’t attend
the lectures. She could not concentrate, study for the exams or sit an
exam. criticism. The patient says that she thinks about her boyfriend all
the time and this is why she was not able to enjoy herself and was
always sad. She avoid being with people and finally starts avoiding
crowded places she suffered from Permanent headache, lack of
sleep ,Stomachache, Loss of energy. The result of all the above was
that she felt anxious, disappointed.

She started blaming herself for her breakup
