As a manager i noticed, generally people dont like feedback or advice. Even people
come and ask me what to do to improve performance. And i sincerely give them ideas
to improve performance, Guess what? They are not follwing it. People dont like feel
them sense of efficacy is lowered. When i give advice or feedback sometimes thats
what it feels like to them. Toastmasters taught me how to convert evaluation,
improvement points as positive comments and not as feedbacks.
