20017 – 2021.Demand will vary from year to year in accordance to the unforeseen events and the
population growth of the consumers. Fairview is strategic place to establish any business since there's a
lot of schools and universities there, hence there will be more demand due to influx of people but
because of unforeseen event (COVID-19) the demand might decrease

Plant Park to be more airy and relaxing while you're eating it is also located near roadside to easily find
us.

Different high schools and universities such as west Fairview high school, FEU, Good Shepherd school
And NCBA etc. Are all located near the plant park. The location will be accessible enough to meet the
needs of our target market
