CASE ONE

One day at the administrative

headquarters of the institute in
Holter's office I was doing my day
of practice. A nurse who assists
there told me that she did not
pass on a patient because he had
arrived half an hour late and she
had time to attend to him.
What would I do
in his place?
In the case of this nurse, I would have attended to
the patient as soon as he arrived, since one must
have empathy with patients, and think that how I
treat others is how I want to be treated.

It is understandable that for this purpose an

appointment is made at the indicated time and the
staff will not be available at all times, but if things
can be done at the moment it is better not to make
the patients wait, since it is not known what other
things earrings have the same.
CASE TWO
The story begins when the patient
was anxious, scared and nervous
minutes before entering the surgery
room, because he feared the
complexity of the surgery and that the
procedure would not go properly due
to complications that could occur in
the surgery or after it.
CONCLUSION
The surgical instrumentalist spoke with
the patient, explained the purpose of the
procedure and gave him the confidence
he needed so that he would not enter
the surgery room nervous or scared. She
let him know that she was with a
professional team that was going to take
the procedure forward. She gave a voice
of encouragement to the patient and
was very kind to him, this is a very
important pillar in humanization.
CASE THREE

I was in surgery one day at Fosunab and

we had everything ready when the doctor
came in, they gave him his towel to dry
his hands, he dried his hands and not
finding where to throw the towel he
proceeded to throw it in the face of the
nursing assistant who was passing by.
CONCLUSION

In conclusion
I think that at all times the most
important thing is to respect the
colleagues who are part of the
surgical team, in this case they
could have asked for guidance on
where to throw and avoid this.
