Allah has called the laborer as His friend, we call the laborer
the backbone of the industry.

If industrial business in today's world is examined, the

necessary resources for it include buildings, machinery,
energy to keep the machines moving, manpower i.e. labor
to run the machines and raw materials to make things. If it
is not available, the wheel of industry cannot turn and it

cannot produce, so we arrange all the means cheerfully, but

when we come to the labor, we change our attitude and
realize its importance. They are reluctant to admit that they
try to achieve all the savings by reducing the labor. When
the worker does not work cheerfully and wholeheartedly,
there are negative effects on the quality and quantity,
which has a bad effect on the business reputation along
with the income.

Whenever there is talk of labor, all attention goes to

industrial and factory workers and the owner is always
presented as an enemy of the worker and unjust, while the
same owner is the source of livelihood for the whole family
of the worker. At the same time, the government's policies
are presented as killing the workers, while in our country
getting a job is a very important thing, but no one has ever
talked about the attitudes of the workers, what the worker
does to the owner. The owner should be well-wished, but
the worker is always in the cycle of placing bets and
causing damage. In this way, the owner pays the worker
one and a half times the actual wage, as if the owner tries
to compensate for the theft and betrayal of the worker with
a low wage. It should also be seen that they neither
compromise the quality nor allow the production to
decrease.

Not only this, but look at the day laborers who cross all
limits of dishonesty, take a day's work for weeks, and do
daily work very little and at will. It is also considered
necessary not to do it. Come on, if you ever have to shift
the household goods, then what is the chance that the iron
or any other machine is the target of the carers who reach
the entire goods, where will blessings and compassion
come from in such situations? He who will not be loyal to
the owner, how will he be well-wished by the owner? This is
the law of nature and punishments.

The wages of the laborers are fixed in view of all their

cleverness, where there is an air of trust between the owner
and the laborer, for the laborers and employees there,
Dubai is built here, their whole families are standard and
dignified on the job. The conclusion is that mutual trust
between master and laborer is the source of prosperous life

and misunderstanding or lack of trust between them

cannot bring comfort to anyone.

Still, the status of the owner is that of a parent to the

worker, and Allah has made the owner the duty of the
worker, so the owner should always treat the worker with
kindness and compassion in work and food, because
whatever the owner does at the hands of the worker If
there is a loss, it is written as a charity in favor of the owner
and it is an indisputable fact that a machine is useless
without a worker and a worker is unemployed without a
machine.
