Management Fest Plan - One Day Event

Introduction
The Management Fest is a one-day event organized by the Indus Business Academy (IBA) to provide a platform for students from all over the country
to showcase their management skills and knowledge. The fest will feature a variety of events, including case studies, competitions, workshops, and a
guest lecture by a renowned business leader.

Target Audience
The target audience for the Management Fest is undergraduate and postgraduate students from business schools across the country.
Objectives

The objectives of the Management Fest are to:


 Provide a platform for students to showcase their management skills and knowledge.

 Encourage students to think critically and creatively about business problems.

 Network with other students and professionals from the industry.

 Learn from the best in the business through the guest lecture.

Event Budget
The total budget for the Management Fest is Rs. 5,00,000. The budget will be used to cover the costs of venue rental, equipment rental, food and
beverages, prizes, and marketing and publicity.
