SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW YEE ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I KATURAMU JULIET of C/o
Acellam Collins & Co. Advocates, Plot 6, Government Avenue, Booma, P. O. Box
373, Fort Portal being the registered proprietor of the property mentioned above
do hereby NOMINATE, APPOINT or otherwise CONSTITUTE KAWAPERE ANNET
LIGHT of Kasese Town Council, to be my lawful attorney and to do, perform, and
or otherwise undertake the following acts/deeds for me, in my name, and stead
and on my behalf:

1. To have legal powers to lodge a caveat on the property comprised in FRV

888 Folio 14 Plot No. 36 at Stanley Street, Kasese Town Council Kasese
District

2. To have legal rights to act for the owner in respect of property comprised
in FRV 888 Folio 14 Plot No. 36 at Stanley Street, Kasese Town Council
Kasese District.

3. To manage any of this property whether now belonging to me or which

shall hereafter belong to me under or by virtue of the Registration of Titles
Act, or of which I am now or shall be proprietor or owner under the said
Act.

4. To receive any correspondences relating to the above facility and all

transactions contemplated hereby on my behalf.

5. To maintain possession of the property described above and protect the same
from waste, damage or trespass.

6. To do all or any such acts/deeds as may be incidental to and or necessary for the
better carrying out of the powers vested herein.
 PROVIDED that this power of attorney shall not be construed to give
my said Attorney authority to transfer the property into her names or into any
other person’s name except to myself.

I hereby ratify all the acts of my said Attorney done in furtherance

of this property and I hereby UNDERTAKE to allow, confirm, and I promise at all times
to confirm whatever my said Attorney lawfully does by virtue of these presents.
