teachers focusing on different aspects of emergency responses. Topics will range from first aid,

psychological support during emergencies, communication strategies, and protocols for all the
safety drills. Much of the safety training is provided by the SRO of our building.

the principal, assistant principal, nurse, head custodian, SRO, school counselor, and
representative teachers. Feedback will be collected from staff and students on positives, areas of
improvement, and adjustments will be communicated to the entire staff within a week of the
