(T&S) booklet of the barge.
​9463 Marine Loading Arms Provide images / schematics of the marine
loading arms. As such, please justify the vertical
centre of gravity (VCG) as 5.3m from the
baseline.
​9464 General Please structure the report in a clear manner:

​9465 Windage Calculation Please confirm why the effect of wind has not
been considered. Refer to DNV-ST-N001
11.10.3.1.
"For the intact condition, the area under the
righting moment curve shall not be less than
40% in excess of the area under the wind
overturning arm curve (30% for column
stabilised units)"

​9466 Windage Area Please confirm the windage area of both the
barge and the marine loading arms.
​9467 Damage Stability Please confirm why damage stability has not
been considered. Refer to DNV-ST-N001
11.10.7.1.***"In this condition the final
waterline, after flooding and wind heel, should be
below the lower edge of any downflooding
opening as shown in Figure 11-6."
Note that the minimum freeboard at the
equilibrium position shall be reported.
