    I am writing this to inform you that I was absent for the Communication Skills term test on 28 March 2019 . I am your
    student from FE Division K.
    SAP:60013180002
    I was diagnosed with malaria last week. Treatment and medications are going on for the same.

    Due to this I have not attended college since one week. I would submit the Medical certificate once I am back to college.
    Understanding my situation,I will be glad if you arrange a re-test for me and give me a second chance. I assure you that I
    will perform well.
