FLOW 111
Highly caustic detergent with antifoaming properties
Suitable for any type of mechanical washing by spraying

DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION

FLOW 111 is a very concentrated liquid detergent containing sodium hydroxide in combination with a blend
of surfactants and with threshold agents

Thanks to its components, the product is a detergent with antifoaming power to be used in spray washing
systems in any kind of food and beverage industries

The main features of FLOW111 can be described as follows

• is strongly alkaline and for this is suitable to remove organic residues, such as fats and proteins,
including burned residues
• contains threshold agents and can be used in presence of hard water

FLOW 111 keeps cleaned and descaled the internal surfaces into the washing machines, including the
spraying nozzles

In oenology it is also used in the detartarization treatments of wine vats

Despite the high level of its causticity, the aqueous solutions of FLOW 111 are easy to rinse and do not
leave any residues on the treated surfaces

USE INSTRUCTIONS

In the mechanical washing treatments, by spraying applications, use FLOW 111 at a concentration between
1% and 3%

To facilitate the rinsing phase, the recommended temperature should be >60°C
