CHRIOX F2
Foam cleaner based on Peracetic acid

DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION

CHRIOX F2 is a foaming cleaner based on peracetic acid characterized by a high efficacy for the use
in dairy, beverage and food processing industries

CHRIOX F2 forms a soft and compact foam also suitable for applications on vertical surfaces

CHRIOX F2 is a powerful oxidant able to break and solubilize proteins and therefore efficient
in removal of food soils

USE INSTRUCTIONS

CHRIOX F2 is used at a concentration between 1% and 2% at a temperature up to 50°C

Respect a contact time at least 5 minutes, preferably 15 minutes, with the treated surfaces
Before disinfection make sure that the surfaces have been cleaned
Rinse thoroughly after use and ensure that all product residues and soil particles are removed

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY
When is used according to the recommended use instructions, CHRIOX F2 can be used on materials
commonly used in the food industry with the exception of mild steel, carbon steel, copper and its
alloys and galvanized materials
ENVIRONMENT
CHRIOX F2 does not contain any chlorine and hence there is no risk of the formation of organic
adsorbable halogens (AOX)
CHRIOX F2 is readily biodegradable
The effluent containing it may be discharged in a biological treatment plant after passing the
neutralization ad buffer tank

SAFETY
According to the CLP Regulation CHRIOX F2 is classified as a hazardous product in its pure state:

H272 - H290 - H302 - H314 - H335 - H411

Without different instructions, do not mix CHRIOX F2 with other products

Carefully read the material safety data sheet of CHRIOX F2 and follow the chemical handling and
disposal guidance

STORAGE
Store CHRIOX F2 in its original packaging between -20°C and 30°C
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight
