    EMPLOYEE’S ACCEPTANCE OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT

    I have read and fully understand the Company Code of Conduct. I know and believe that
    these rules were laid down to help me become an effective employee and to maintain a harmonious
    relationship with my customers, co-workers and superiors.

    I shall seek to abide the rules because they reflect the things that the Company believes in
    and because as an SSA co-owner employee, these are also the things I believe in.

    At work, I shall therefore always strive to:

    1. RESPECT MY CUSTOMERS AT ALL TIMES


    2. RESPECT THE RIGHTS AND PROPERTY OF THE COMPANY
    3. RESPECT THE AUTHORITY OF MY SUPERIORS
    4. RESPECT THE RIGHTS AND WELFARE OF MY CO-WORKERS
    5. RESPECT MYSELF BY BEING CLEAN IN THOUGHT, WORD AND DEED

    For my guidance, I shall refer to my Superiors and to this EMPLOYEE CODE OF


    CONDUCT which I hereby acknowledge having received.
