Leadership Covenant

I am an individual who believes firmly in optimism and integrity: Not only

should you uphold your responsibility to your job in a professional manner and in
accordance to your job description, but it needs to be done with a positive attitude
and with a positive outlook.

I am a believer in attainable goals: I want to see everyone I surround myself with

have short term and long term attainable goals to help reach success within their
personal job and our mutual business.

I am a leader who is firm on faith and family: I believe in God, Family, Jobin
that order. I want everyone I associate with to know my personal order of
operations and instill it in peers and associates.

I am a leader who believes in professional advancement: I want to see my

employees/associates/staff members advance their professional position and grow
within the business/community. I believe motivation and drive for career
advancement breeds success in the workplace and advancement should be
positively enforced and recommended.
