Job Description
Process technology for Steel plant equipment i.e. Different types of EOT Crane trolley frame, Bogie, Segments, Gear Box,
Mandrel shaft etc as per Shop requirement � Resource planning, �Job planning and its process for Daily, monthly, quarterly,
yearly � Monitor compliance & effectiveness of process sheet � Different tools/tackles and Measuring instruments used in
M/c Shop� Regular interaction with Shop persons and Planning � Corrective & preventive action for job done and its related
problems through RCFA � Identify system improvement opportunities and prepare action plans to bring improvement �
Regular review of Job flow and KPI in SAP system Safety: � Execution of safety improvement plan � Implementation of
DuPont Safety Initiatives � Analysis and Implementation of corrective action � Regular audits of contractor's jobs if any�
Preparation of SOP, Process flow, � Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working environment in the section Skill Level
and moral Improvement � Implementing systems for people development to increase the skill level of work force � Identifying
the training needs for all employees of section � Drive Kaizens / SGAs and other improvement activities and ensure 100%
employee in his area � Involve people for "Continual Improvement" philosophy. � Co­ordinate/discuss with Shop people for
critical jobs and time reduction for batch quantity jobs. Improvement Projects � Identification and execution of cost reduction,
sustenance and improvement projects. � Study of basic GA and detailed assembly drawings of different equipment
