revitalization. Some of the top breathtaking tourist spots in Mindanao, such as Siargao Island's
laid-back surfing hotspot, Samal Island's tropical beaches, the pristine beauty of Camiguin, and
the majesty of Iligan's waterfalls, are but a few of the gems that await exploration.
From the very start of President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr.'s administration, his dedication
to boosting Philippine tourism was evident. In particular, his commitment to reopening
Mindanao to tourists has been a cornerstone of his vision. Today, we bear witness to the
substantial progress made toward realizing this goal.

Design Inspiration: The architectural design for the 5-star hotel and resort on Grande
Santa Cruz Island, Mindanao, draws inspiration from the island's serene natural beauty and the
region's potential for revitalization. The concept aims to create an exclusive yet sustainable
