INTRODUCTION
Forming a good leadership leads to an effective management. In Tourism Management Task a manager is responsible in finding procedures to set a plan of improvement he/she wanted. A Tourism Managerial Task simply pertaining to great responsibilities that a person committed to do so, especially in developing tourism on a particular place. As far as my sources is concern, mostly of the countries today runs by the government with the collaboration of the Land Owner met for a contractual transaction wherein it includes on desirable distinctive concept that will serve as travel destination among the Party People today. This information only signifies that if there is a harmonious relationship between the Governments, the management and the state will possibly be able to come up a develop community today and for the upcoming years. The Decision-Making Process, it pertains to an optional performance of each level of management. In selecting a perspective concept, it should be done by a process.Ideas should be drawn and improvement is a main reason. The management should be able to build a new trend and modernize the old one in order the people especially the tourists satisfy their travel and for them to adapt our culture. There is lots of tourist destination here in our country particularly in Mindanao blessed by God natural creation. Destination includes famous restaurant, falls, beaches and resorts that surely satisfy their expectation. A selected spot for a desirable destination should be characterized by the managers ability to supervise the management in cooperation of his/her member - a key to a Progressive Industry, not only in tourism but for the whole nation.

Background of the Study We are choosing now one of the tourist attractions here in Dipolog City with its booming tourism, the city is very proud to offer numerous attractive where scenery as well the amazing fun and super exciting outdoor activities. Found at Sibutad Zamboanga Del Norte, Pinahon Island is an amazing sight than many local and foreign tourist spot that really love to visit and explore. By locating strategies to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the entire area is one of the main goals. A long time ago a group of Boholanos arrived in Libay Dapitan in search for a better land to cultivate. From Libay, the intrepid proceeded inward some two kilometers south and discovered a wide valley covered by cogon grasses and thick forest extending up to the top of the surrounding mountains. The group found an ideal place for agriculture; hence, they decided to settle there for posterity. They soon discovered that the place was also inhabited by people who choose to live along the river banks from which they are referred to as subanos (from the word Suba which means river). The new settler want to the little huts along the river banks and discovered that the Subanos spoke only very little Cebauno so they had a hard time understanding each other. One of them ask Unsay ngalan niining lugar nga inyong gi puy-an? The subano was holding a Sibut that he usually used in catching fish and shrimps in the river shook his head which meant he did not understand what the visitor said. The question was repeated. Thinking that he was asked what he was holding, the Subano said sibut. From then o, the place was named Sibut which later became Sibutad nearby places. It has several scenic spots such as the white sand of Barangay Sawang and the Island of Sinipay,Sinipay Diyt and Pinahon Island. The Tangke falls of Calilic and Bosant falls of Poblacion are potential for island resorts. The Pinahon Island is atiny island simply the Sibutad. The white sand, the clear blue waters and endless beautiful scenery are perfect gate away.
