    Each site’s total land area is approximately 4,500 m2. Built-up area is 40% of total land area.

    C. The program
    The project should include and not limited to the following elements:

    • One main cinema (400 seats)


    • 2 normal cinemas (120 seats each cinema auditorium)
    • Floor and balcony (300 and 100 seats respectively)
    • 1 multidimensional cinema with services (30 seats)
    • 2 VIP with services (30 seats each cinema auditorium)
    • Tickets + toilets +mechanical
    • Cafeteria and cafe
    • Admin Area (Manager’s office, 5 offices, meeting room, and toilets)
    • Multi-story underground parking accommodating min. 400 cars for employees and visitors
    +Surface Parking Area for 50 cars and 3 buses)
    NB: The design should be high-tech and futuristic; space circulation should be flexible and
    respect disabilities.
