The way we express and manage our emotions has given me a lot of food for
thought and is also influenced by several factors such as nationality and personality
among others.

First of all, I’m going to talk about how nationality and culture can influence how we
show our emotions. For instance, in some countries, like Japan, there's a strong
emphasis on maintaining a calm in public In contrast, in many Latin cultures, people
are encouraged to be expressive .
Emotions are considered impolite to display them openly.

When it comes to making decisions, if you are a rational person it’s probably you
make choices based on facts and evidence. That is to say, while rational decision-
making involves analysing data and considering logical consequences, emotional
factors such as intuition, feelings and personal values can make you act impulsively
and lead to poor decisions.
In many cases, however, decisions are made using a mix of both approaches,
depending on the context and the individual preferences. Some decisions, such as
buying a car, may be more rational, while others, like choosing a life partner, may be
more emotional. It often depends on the specific situation and the balance that suits
the decision-maker.

On the other hand, I believe that learning to control emotions is a crucial skill that
can have a significant impact on your personal and professional life.
If you can manage your emotions, you're less likely to say hurtful things or escalate
conflicts.
Learning to manage and control your emotions can be an essential part of
maintaining good mental health because Some of the harmful ways that children
and teenagers deal with negative emotions such as bullying

1. Decision-making process: Rational or Emotional? The decision-making

process can be a combination of both rational and emotional elements. While
rational decision-making involves weighing pros and cons, analyzing data,
and considering logical consequences, emotional factors such as intuition,
gut feelings, and personal values can also play a significant role. In many
cases, decisions are made through a mix of both approaches, depending on
the context and the individual's preferences. Some decisions, like purchasing
a car, may be more rational, while others, like choosing a life partner, may be
more emotional. The ideal approach often depends on the specific situation
and the balance that suits the decision-maker.
