AFFIDAVIT

I, ROBERT STEPHEN GALLOWAY, of legal age, a US citizen with

address at P-18 Lower Mandacpan, Barangay San Vicente, Butuan City, under
oath, hereby depose and state that:

1. I have known Delia Ramos since she was my landlady

sometime in 2017. I rented a small room in her house;

2. That same year, I have entrusted her a large amount of

money to build me a house and to buy me a van-for-hire,
and to start a business “arawan” on my behalf, however,
none of those things and even the profits of the business I
have entrusted her have returned to me;

3. Sensing that Delia Ramos was only milking me for

money and that she is just using me and my fortune for
her personal intentions and has ulterior motives, I
decided to leave her house and transfer to her sister,
Teresita Ramos’s residence, who was and still is my
caregiver. From the year 2017 until now, Teresita has
been taken good care of me;

4. I also noticed that some of my jewelries have been

missing in my possession when I was still in Delia’s
house. Little did I know that she (Delia) was also taking
things from me, especially my jewelries.

5. Recently, Delia Ramos has been creating and fabricating

stories contrary on what is the truth about what happened
when I was still living under her roof. She is spreading
lies and deceit to other people, harming me and Teresita;

6. Thus, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the

foregoing truth and declaration and for whatever reason
that this may serve best.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 28 December 2018 at
Butuan City.
