Lamb Curry Style Burger

Ingredients:

 300g Lamb Mince


 10g Chilli Powder
 1tsp Salt
 1tbs Soy sauce
 3 Garlic Cloves
 2tbs Olive oil
 ½ tsp Black Mustard Seeds
 ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
 ½ Bruised Cardamom pods
 ½ Cinnamon stick
 ½ tbs Ground coriander
 ½ tbs Ground cumin
 ¼ cup Coconut milk
 ¼ Lettuce
 ½ Cucumber
 ½ Egg
 4 Burger buns with sesame seeds

Method: Lesson 1

1. Put mince into a bowl


2. Add egg, chilli powder, garlic, salt and soy sauce and mix well
3. Marinate until next lesson

Method: Lesson 2

1. Grind cinnamon in morta and pestle


2. Heat oil in a pan and add seeds, cardamom pods and cinnamon and stir
3. Add coriander, cumin and meat. Stir well until mixed.
4. Reduce to low, cook for 20 mins
5. Add chopped onions and cook for 17 mins
6. Add coconut milk and cook for 7 mins
7. Serve with chopped lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber
