2. Add egg, chilli powder, garlic, salt and soy sauce and mix well 3. Marinate until next lesson

1. Grind cinnamon in morta and pestle
2. Heat oil in a pan and add seeds, cardamom pods and cinnamon and stir 3. Add coriander, cumin and meat. Stir well until mixed. 4. Reduce to low, cook for 20 mins 5. Add chopped onions and cook for 17 mins 6. Add coconut milk and cook for 7 mins 7. Serve with chopped lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber
