We're in the world at the 21st
century. The characteristics and
attributes of 21st century
symbolizes as it was described
in the acronym VUCA.
Contextually we're the VUCA
world. The phrasing of VUCA is
one that stands for Volatile,
Uncertain, Complex and
nebulous and together these
represent how it feels to be
doing business and designing
strategy in the world right now.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The organizational landscape is characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).

Organizations are ever-changing, and they are adapting and reinventing the world of work to become leaner,

more agile, and sustainable. Talent and productivity have become a key ingredient of success, yet organizations

are battling to attract, engage, and retain talent in an organizational landscape where those with critical talent are

able to determine how, when, and where they want to work. Traditional retention mechanisms have become

obsolete, and the focus has shifted towards crafting a holistic employee experience through an attractive,

realistic, and coherent employer’s value.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

These instances urged the researcher to conduct a study about Stabilizing efficiency and productivity in

VUCA world its role in productivity advancement, organization’s managers and employee’s satisfaction and

flexible working environment. Helping create a strategic and practical plan for Mixed-use facility, a building

appeal to wide variety of users with alternative strategy that would stabilize efficiency and productivity

advancement in government organizations and private sectors in Barangay Cannery. This will then serve as a

solution to problems with spatial demands concerning emphasizes better workplace for organizations and

employees and Understanding factors that influence worker productivity would help government managers and

private sectors adjust the workplace environment to increase opportunities for employee motivation and to

potentially increase overall productivity.

The Antidote of VUCA World

Acting and deciding into a VUCA world was challenging in fourth century as it is today, there are the main

pressures and tensions conditioning the daily life of economic actors, with the same consequences, an

increased stress at work, loss of life sense, anxiety, depression, etc. Today, in order to help managers to cope

with these negative consequences.

The concept of mindfulness came as a response offering solutions, mindfulness workspaces and uplifting

areas are now proposed more and more frequently. Mindfulness is defined as the capacity of human being to

experience the present moment by being open, non-judgmental, curious and accepting the present moment as it

is.
