How is Triumph motorcycles success reflected?

I think that the success of his business was reflected in the way he knew
how to manage his market, that is, putting a subsidiary in Brazil was the
best decision he could make, since that is where growth developed the
most, he knew how to realize that and take the immediate action of
establishing himself there even with his own factory.

I also consider that it was perseverance, since he has been in his business
for many years and over the years he gained experience and analyzed his
results, he knew that to improve and that to innovate to adapt it to his
strategic business plan, in a few words he knew how to make good use of
strategy within the market, he had opportunities and took advantage of
them correctly.

Also, the fact that its employees remained faithful and constantly working
made it boost the manufacturing process.

What are some aspects that make this company different from
the others?

• Knowing how to join and settle in a good place, being aware that in Brazil
they would be successful and take advantage of market opportunities.

• To keep innovating and creating motorcycles that through an analysis

knew how to satisfy their customers.

• And that for many generations, triumph has played a fundamental role in
the creation of the current motorcycle panorama.
Product. - Have you ever dreamed of becoming the owner of a company?
If so, have these dreams aimed to a specific product or service? Tell me

What kind of product or service would you offer? Make a

description of it.

I would like to provide a travel agency that provides diverse experiences but
more focused on trips that include going to a specific concert that requires
people to have to travel even to another country, to see their favorite artist.

This agency would be in charge of first insuring the concert tickets and
according to the number of tickets purchased and in different areas of the
place, then the packages would be formed with the amount and the
confirmed guarantee.

In addition to offering the round trip, there would be packages that include
a tour of the city for the number of days requested and that ask for more
demand.

What would you do to make it successful in terms of added value

or uniqueness?

It would include packages with different tickets, from VIP to general, but
they would try to manage affordable prices, the purpose is that people can
experience that experience of going to the concert of their favorite artist
with the guarantee that the trip will be worth it and would offer a "fan
service" where you can experience the atmosphere of the artist you want to
attend the concert, this would include putting their songs during the trip,
even making small dynamics of integration between the people who are
traveling, since at the end they would be attending the same place and the
best would be sought Atmosphere among the passengers.

What I would try to stand out from the other agencies that already exist, is
precisely that our system is unique and that it is characterized by having a
good time throughout the experience, that is why various activities would
