experience has shown us how to make you feel perfectly at home .”

2. How does this ad try to convince you that Holiday Inn is the place to stay if you
want to feel welcome?
o This ad try to convince me that Holiday Inn is the place to stay if I want to feel
welcome is by displaying full-page magazine ad for Holiday Inn with a smiling
so that I think they all are friendly and I will comfortable with them.

3. If you were writing an ad for a hotel you work at or have worked at what would
you say to welcome your guests?
o First impressions can break a guest’s experience, the way in greeting guests
is very important at it’s first point of onsite contact. The first thing I would do is
greeting them with a nice and warm welcome with a smile that can make the
guest feel ease and feel like home. The next thing I would do is simply treat
your guest with respect and attend to the guest as soon as possible even I am
busy, recognize their presence and then go back to what I am doing until I
can help them. To sum it up, I will explain to them about our description
hotel, the offer for today’s guest and lead them to their room nicely.
