    On February 16, 2023, I bought a microwave with serial number LG MS2322D at


    PT. Star Alliance located in Surabaya. I started using it, but now it makes a
    lot of noise while running. This noise disturb me a lot and I can not
    continue without maintenance or replacement.

    I want to claim the warranty, please fix the microwave or give me a new
    one as a warranty replacement. I will be grateful to you.
